1. No Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
This includes situations such as:
- Choosing the wrong colour or design
- Deciding the item is no longer needed
- Purchasing the wrong item by mistake
We encourage you to refer to our size guide or reach out to our team for assistance before completing your purchase.
2. Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, we sincerely apologise.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so our team can assist you.
After verification, we can proceed with a:

3. Size Exchange (Subject to Availability)
We understand that sizing may differ from style to style. We offer a one-time size exchange, based on stock availability.
Eligible items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In original condition with tags attached
Size exchanges can be processed in-store or via email at nurturethelabel@gmail.com.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Clearance items
- Items damaged due to wear or improper care
- Items without original tags or packaging
